Here’s what you get with the momentum program. It is not the same old “slow and steady” diet plan you are used to. You will lose weight fast and you will feel more energetic from the start. 12 COACHING SESSIONS (6 HOURS IN TOTAL)
You get 12 coaching session of 30 minutes each. You can choose to do as many or as little as you like. It can be done via the phone or Skype or even in person in the area of Philadelphia.
UNLIMITED SUPPORT
Unlimited email support and check in between sessions throughout the week
WEEKLY ACCOUNTABILITY COACHING
Accountability and high levels of support from your coach who will help you around challenging days and obstacles. This includes weekly weigh-ins and waist measurements.
10-MINUTE MEALS WITH RECIPES
You will take suggested meals and foods that are geared to your unique life situation and eating preferences. Even if you are busy and have a limited repertoire of cooking skills you can make this work.
TRAINING PLAN
One Basic exercise and strength training plan to help you build muscle and be more active and functional. Full ongoing personal training workout plans are an additional cost.
EDUCATIONAL COURSE
You get an educational course with a planned curriculum and homework. Its like “Diet School” and it includes all on the updated research in the area of psychology and physiology so that you can lose weight faster with lasting permanence. “Teach a man to fish” and eats well for life.

A supermarket guide and resource guide for meal delivery services.
EATING OUT GUIDELINES

It gets down to root causes. We look at your personal psychology and how your brain operates around food. We uncover the deeper causes of your weight problem and then come up with new strategies. The goal is to help you change your body easier, with less hassle by harnessing the power of your mind.

An out of the gate “Hit it hard” system designed to realize measurable faster results right from the start. Who wants to make sacrifices and work hard without seeing expected results? After four weeks we pull back a bit and it’s a little less demanding. So it’s harder in the beginning and easier towards the end.

A LARGE WAIST
You need this program if you have a waist measurement that is larger than half your height measurement, for eample if you are 68 inches tall and your waist is larger than 34. A pot belly is considered a danger to your health.

If you are dealing with a health problem that might be caused by diet and lifestyle, low testosterone and autoimmune issues caused by inflammation, then it is definitely for you.

This is primarily an online program but I also do it in person in the Philadelphia area.

I usually offer it three times a year, in January, April and September but you can contact me to see if there is an empty spot even in mid season.
